Refund Policy
Consumer and institutional refund rules are intentionally separated.
Eligible individual products
The planned consumer satisfaction guarantee may provide a 100% refund when the individual customer believes the eligible course did not provide meaningful learning value, subject to the final published terms.
Institutional licenses
Institutional/commercial capacity licenses are planned as non-refundable except where applicable law or the signed agreement requires otherwise.
